Applies to vehicles registered from 2015 onwards that already include an SLD function in the ECU.

For these vehicles, the speed limiter can usually be activated or configured by the manufacturer or authorised service centre. If the vehicle’s ECU does not support an integrated SLD function, it will fall under Phase 3 requirements.

Covers vehicles registered before 2015 that come with an SLD-capable ECU.

Similar to Phase 1, owners will need to contact the manufacturer or authorised service provider to enable the feature. If the vehicle lacks an SLD-ready ECU, it will be categorised under Phase 3 requirements.

Covers all vehicles without built-in ECU SLD to retrofit a JPJ-approved speed limiter.

This installation must be done by authorised workshops — and we are an authorised provider ready to install and certify your SLD for full JPJ compliance.
